Finding the next, prev, first, and last records
This section shows you how to find the next, previous, first, and last records in the
customerfile using the Next, Prev, First, and Last options. These options let you easily move through a set of records.

To examine the next record in the
customerfile, select Next:

You see customer number 2, because the records are in order by customer number.
Selecting other records
Table 3–3 identifies and briefly describes other ways to navigate through records.
Table 3–3: Ways to navigate records To... Then... Redisplay the record for customer number 1 Select Prev (previous). Display the last record in the file Select Last. Display the first record in the file Select First. Add, update, copy, or delete a record, if you have these options on your horizontal menu See the "Adding and deleting a record" section. Otherwise, go to the "Browsing through records" section.
